As part ofEU Code Week and the Girls in Digital initiative, an interactive online lesson is being offered in collaboration with Tech She Can, a UK charity that works to inspire and prepare young people – especially girls – to consider careers in technology.
A session to discover the cybersecurity professions
This live virtual lesson, hosted by Katie, a teacher from the Tech She Can team, is aimed at students between the ages of 11 and 14 . It will allow participants to discover the many professional opportunities in the field of cybersecurity and to better understand the role of experts working behind the scenes to ensure the digital security of all.

The session is intended to be participatory. Students will be guided through paper exercises and encouraged to work in pairs, so it is recommended that they be seated at a table with the necessary material at hand.
Objectives
This initiative aims to raise awareness among young people, and in particular girls, about future careers in the digital sector, through a concrete, playful and inspiring approach.
Registrations
To participate, teachers or group leaders are invited to complete the online registration form. A link to the lesson will then be sent to them.
