The Digital Skills and Jobs Platform has established itself as the home of digital skills in Europe since its launch in spring 2021, with a community of thousands of stakeholders committed to bridging the digital divide in EU Member States.
The Platform’s content has expanded over the years to include specialised training courses and master’s programmes and a repository of good practices in Europe, as well as to publish more in-depth articles and expertise. The ambition of the Platform is to offer something for everyone, regardless of their origin or knowledge of origin. Specialised learning pathways now offer a flexible way for students to store interesting content and guide their own learning pathways.
There are now 22 national coalitions linked to the platform, which helps national content reach an EU-wide audience quickly and clearly. Over the years, the platform has become an integral tool to support the 2030 Digital Decade objectives and to strengthen overall digital skills capacities in Europe.
The pace of change in our daily lives with regard to our digital skills and the use of technology is increasing, as is our need to access information on how to manage these changes. The Platform reflects this with consistent content update and platform renewal, with the aim of bringing a continuous and informative user experience to each visitor.
