The Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC), through its National Cybersecurity Competence Center (NC3), recently launched a survey aimed at cybersecurity professionals, whether already active in the field or interested in becoming so, in Luxembourg. This survey aims to address a critical need in an increasingly connected society, where cyber threats pose significant risks to organizations.

Cybersecurity has become an essential pillar for the economic development of companies, regardless of their size, and represents a collective responsibility. However, the cybersecurity sector suffers from a lack of qualified resources. The objective of this study is toassess the specific skills needed to ensure the prosperity of the cybersecurity market in Luxembourg.

To obtain representative and useful results, the active participation of professionals is sought. The call is therefore made for these professionals to use their networks to promote this survey. The results of this study, expected to be published in autumn 2024, will help develop the skills of the sector in a way that is relevant and tailored to the real needs of the country. By contributing to the expansion of the cybersecurity ecosystem, this survey aims to strengthen the security and development of the digital economy and Luxembourg society.

The investigation shall be open until 30 September 2024. Those wishing to participate in the survey can access the survey via the following link.
