IMS Luxembourg, in partnership with the European Social Fund and various national stakeholders, is launching a survey to assess the involvement of IT professionals in Luxembourg in the sharing of skills with non-profit organisations. This initiative is part of the Digital Skills Partnership (DSP) and aims to take stock of IT skills sponsorship practices in the country.
The survey, which takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete, is specifically aimed at people working in the IT field in Luxembourg. The answers collected will contribute to a better understanding of the involvement of IT employees during their working time, in particular when sharing their professional skills with non-profit organisations.
IMS Luxembourg, which has been active for more than 17 years, is the leading network of Luxembourg organisations working for sustainable development. By facilitating innovative and sustainable initiatives, IMS Luxembourg mobilizes various private, public and associative actors through pilot projects and working groups.
The survey project is supported by several partners, including the Ministry of State – Service for Media, Connectivity and Digital Policy, Innovative Initiatives, Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition Luxembourg, and in partnership with WIDE ANDCO. The processing of replies is carried out anonymously by an independent service provider, thus guaranteeing the confidentiality of the participants.
In summary, this survey aims to understand and promote IT skills sponsorship in Luxembourg, thereby strengthening sustainable development initiatives and the social engagement of professionals in the technology sector.
