On 24 June 2024, WIDE ANDCO, in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender Equality and Diversity of Luxembourg, launched a survey to analyse women’s career paths in the information technology sector. This initiative is part of a wider effort to improve the understanding of women’s career aspirations and their perception of the IT sector in Luxembourg.
The survey is open to all women living and/or working in Luxembourg. Participants are asked to devote 15 minutes of their time to completing an online questionnaire. This questionnaire is completely anonymous, which ensures the confidentiality of the answers and encourages honest and representative participation.
The aim of this study isto gather information on the specific challenges faced by women in the field of information technology, as well as on their professional expectations and aspirations. The data collected will help identify barriers to gender equality in the IT sector and design strategies to foster greater inclusion and diversity.
The results of this survey will be valuable to policy makers, companies and support organisations working to improve working conditions and career opportunities for women in the technology field.
The survey is open until 27 June 2024. To participate, simply follow this link. The questionnaire is available in French and English to allow for broad participation and to meet the diverse language needs of the participants.
