In the presence of Mr Claude Meisch, Minister for National Education, Children and Youth and Mr Georges Engel, Minister for Labour, Employment and the Social and Solidarity Economy, the INFPC celebrated 30 years in the service of skills development and launching the new portal lifelong-learning.lu.
The event on 16 March was kicked off by Tom Müller, President of the INFPC Board of Directors, with a speech highlighting the key actions carried out by the INFPC over the past 30 years and the projects to come.
The official speeches continued with a speech by Minister Claude Meisch highlighting the importance of training for companies and individuals to meet the increasing need for new skills in a constantly changing environment.
Following these speeches, Cécile Dejoux, a university professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, led a conference on “New ways of training”.
The session concluded with a presentation of the new lifelong-learning.lu portal.
