Founded in 1991 on the initiative of the European Commission, the ECC Luxembourg’s mission is to inform consumers about European consumer rights and assist them in the settlement of cross-border consumer disputes. The ECC Luxembourg is co-financed by the European Commission, the Luxembourgish Government and the Union Luxembourgeoise des Consommateurs (ULC).
